  I've had my auto and rental insurance with them for a number of years. Never any issues UNTIL this year! I had 2 different auto insurance policys. When I called to take my name of one of them ( I had with my ex) the canceled the insurance on the vehicle that I'm driving. I didn't even know about it until months later. When I finally found out ( by noticing $ not coming out of my account) I called them and redid my policy, waited 3 weeks to get my paperwork. A couple days before that they took money out of my bank account that I had on file from where the previous payments had been taken out. Well needless to say that put me in the negative with a $30 insufficient funds fee from my bank. I contacted them numerous times trying to get it straightened out. They were rude and refused to refund me for the $30. When in fact I never gave them permission to take that money out of my account, I had a new account I was going to give them while waiting for the paperwork to come in the mail. Lydia told me no money could be taken out of any account until I sign that paper work. But they took it out anyhow. Almost The Identical thing happened to somebody else I know. In someone else's Insurance got cancelled without them knowing also.I will be taking my business elsewhere. These people are so incompetent in refuse to admit fault.

  Very happy with the quality of service I have received from Greg and his team. Their customer service is unmatched compared to what I've experienced with other companies. Same goes for their rates. On multiple occasions I have needed timely service at a moments notice, and Greg's team was extremely responsive. Very appreciative to have an agent and a company I can trust. Thank you!
